This dynamic team is the result of the vision of its founder, Jim Cowling, a former army commando intelligence operator, ship’s captain, Metropolitan Police officer and industrial security consultant.

Ship Security Officer Courses at Armada House, close to the Commando Training Centre RM, Lympstone, are available at a greatly reduced rate for serving and recently discharged members of HM Forces & Police Officers. These courses are heavily subscribed so early booking is advised.
MSS Ship and Company Security Officer Training Courses are approved by the UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency and Liberian Ship Registry (LISCR).
